Should you be unable to attend an appointment, please be so kind as to cancel in good time in order to give someone else the opportunity to take that time slot.
Two days before the appointment you will be reminded again of the agreed dates. Cancellations in good time on the day before the appointment will have no consequences; we will have to charge you for an appointment that has not been cancelled or missed. After all, the time is reserved for you.
